Hi, I’m Hanna Smelser — a Harker Heights native, military spouse, and Realtor® serving the Fort Hood community.
At 18, I married my high school sweetheart and PCS’d to Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Being the “new girl” inspired me to start ladies’ meetup groups at every duty station, helping military spouses connect and find their footing. When I returned home during my husband’s deployment, I created the Fort Hood Ladies Meetup and later the On & Off Post Housing Group, where I shared local knowledge, gave video tours, and helped families with housing.
What started as a way to serve others turned into a career I love. Four years, 200+ buyers and sellers, countless rentals, and hundreds of families later, I’m right where I’m meant to be — helping military families feel at home in Central Texas.
